Canada Shipping

• Shipping Method & Timing: We use GlobalPost Flat Rate for international orders under 2 pounds. Most orders ship the same day or next business day, and all orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery to major Canadian markets typically takes 10 to 20 business days. If this is not acceptable, please do not place an order as we have no control over the time it takes.
• All-Inclusive Pricing: All related taxes, duties, and customs fees are fully included in your total at checkout. You will not face unexpected traditional shipping brokerage fees upon delivery.
• Tracking & Delivery: GlobalPost does not offer Signature Confirmation. Once your tracking status updates to "Delivered," the package is officially considered complete on our end. If you need to locate a missing package after this point, please contact Canada Post directly with your tracking number.
• Fitment Verification (Crucial): Vehicle interior styles can vary significantly by country and model year. Our mounts are designed in the USA and are not able to be tested in other markets. Please compare your vehicle’s dashboard with our product photos before buying. If you are unsure, send us a photo of your dash—we are happy to help you verify the fit!
• Returns & Address Issues: We do not offer free return shipping for international orders for any reason. Please double-check your order before submitting. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-delivery, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping charges.
• Warranty & Service: We provide dedicated repair services for international warranty claims rather than shipping out brand-new replacement units.
