The CX-5’s padded dash panel and center vent frame provide the attachment points for this mount. Its shaped edges fit the upper dash seam and lower vent-frame opening, creating a mounting base without drilling into your dashboard or removing panels.
Because the attachment uses the vent-area layout, this low mount fits all center display sizes when the surrounding dash matches the photos.

The mount includes four predrilled holes in an AMPS pattern for attaching a compatible device holder.

Attach the Vehicle Mount First
Read the installation instructions for #50788 before beginning. Follow the illustrated steps to fit the mount into the upper and lower attachment points and secure the supplied tape.
Test-fit and attach the vehicle mount before attaching your holder. Confirm a secure fit and suitable phone placement before inserting screws.
Once screws enter the mount’s holes or the holes are enlarged, the mount is considered used and cannot be returned for a standard refund—even if it was never fully installed.
