Two thin adhesive metal adapter rings—one black and one silver—are included for compatible phones or hard cases that do not have a built-in magnetic ring.
Check Your Phone Case Before Ordering
Your case can make a significant difference in magnetic holding strength.
For the strongest connection, the phone or case should sit flat against the face of the holder. Thick cases and accessories between the phone and holder can increase the distance from the magnets and weaken the connection.

The following may reduce magnetic strength or prevent proper attachment:
A conventional silicone or TPU case generally should not be used with the included adhesive ring because the ring may not remain securely attached to the soft case material. These cases may work if they contain their own strong, built-in magnetic ring.

No. This is a magnetic holding solution only. It keeps the phone’s charging port accessible for a wired charging cable.

Will it work with a MagSafe iPhone?
Yes. It is designed to work with MagSafe-compatible iPhones and most properly constructed MagSafe cases.
Case thickness and magnetic-ring strength can affect performance.
Will it work with an Android phone?
Yes, when the Android phone has built-in Qi2 magnetic alignment, uses a compatible magnetic case or can safely use one of the included adhesive adapter rings.
Where should I attach the included metal ring?
Attach the ring to the exterior of a compatible hard case or other suitable flat surface. Correct alignment is important for a secure connection.
Do not place the ring loosely inside a case. Do not attach it to a soft silicone or TPU case unless you have confirmed that the adhesive can remain securely bonded.
Will it work with a rugged case?
It may work if the rugged case has a strong, properly aligned magnetic ring and a relatively flat rear surface.
Very thick cases or cases with kickstands, wallets and other rear accessories may weaken the magnetic connection.
Will it hold a large or heavy phone?
