This vehicle-specific mount provides useful positioning flexibility across the illustrated dashboard area. When paired with the appropriate holder, it can support electronic logging, navigation, dispatch communication, route management and other applications used by commercial drivers and fleet operators throughout the workday.
Installation requires no drilling, dashboard panel removal or special tools. The mounting base attaches at the location shown in the photos, creating a purpose-built alternative to universal suction cups, vent clips and cup-holder mounts without requiring permanent mounting holes in the truck’s dashboard.
Four predrilled holes in the industry-standard AMPS pattern allow the base to work with many compatible phone, ELD and tablet holders. Choose a holder based on your device’s dimensions and weight, the protective case being used and your operational requirements. Keep any extension arm as short as practical when mounting a heavier tablet to limit leverage on the mount and dashboard.
Fitment includes the 2003–Current Freightliner Business Class M2, select 2011–Current Freightliner 108SD trucks and select 2012–Current Freightliner 114SD trucks. The mount fits the flat dashboard style and is also designed to work with the newer 2024 dashboard styling, even though some product photos may show an earlier model-year interior.
