Four predrilled holes in the standard AMPS mounting pattern allow the mount to work with many compatible holders.

This is a very solid mount.

This is a very solid mount. It holds firmly in place, and I am able to hit major potholes on forest service roads without having to worry about it. I bought one awhile back for my Jeep because nothing else would work in that environment. Thank you for the high quality part,

Perfect and permanent solution !

I was initially reluctant to order this mount, since there are other mounts that are less expensive, but having been through 6 or 7 mounts on various vehicles prior to this, I decided to give it a try. It was absolutely the best decision I've made regarding Phone mounts. The solid attachment specific to the vehicle means that there's no suction cup to eventually fall off and require replacement, and no vent mount to break your vents or to sag so it is no longer functional. I was also concerned with the mount blocking my view of on screen navigation with the phone mounted, but mounting on the right side allows full view without obstruction of the touchscreen or of the windshield. If you are trying to decide if this is the mount for you, save yourself the time and expense of going through other mounts, only to find they don't last and are too unstable , and aren't really satisfying your needs. this is the way to go. What initially may seem more expensive is ultimately a much better bargain.
