A vehicle-specific mount starts with the details of your interior. The shape of the vent frame, surrounding trim and nearby display determines how the mount attaches and how your device fits.

This mount’s shaped edges engage the frame around the pictured vent. Installation uses those attachment points and the supplied tape, with no drilling into the dashboard.

Your complete A-Tach mounting solution uses two parts, purchased separately:

The vehicle mount attaches to your Equinox dashboard.
The device holder attaches to the mount and holds your phone.

Choose an adjustable clamp holder for your phone and case, or a magnetic holder for convenient attachment and removal. Wireless charging options are also available, including Qi and Qi2 styles.

Check the holder’s device compatibility, case requirements and power requirements before ordering. The mount includes four predrilled holes in an AMPS pattern for compatible holder attachments.

Install the Vehicle Mount First

Read the installation instructions and package insert, then install the vehicle mount before attaching the device holder. This allows you to check the dashboard fit and ask us about any concerns before screws enter the faceplate.

Test-fit first. Once screws enter the mount’s holes, it is used and cannot be returned for a standard refund—even if it was never fully installed.

The vehicle mount is intended to stay attached between uses. Remove your phone from its holder as needed rather than repeatedly removing the dash mount.
